Do you consider a “rags to riches” kind of life to be a good catalyst for helping kids know how to deal with problem solving?
I definitely believe this to be true. Unlike kids that were born “poor,” I feel that most kids born with a “silver spoon” in their mouth don’t know what its like to have to make do with what they have or how to figure out how to put food on the table or put gas in the car or where their next dollar is coming from.
